Genbank http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/Genbank/index.html

The largest publicly available biomolecular database hosted by the National Library of Medicine.

 

PubChem http://pubchem.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/

A Biochemical databases started quite recently by the National Library of Medicine.

 

UniProt http://www.ebi.ac.uk/uniprot/index.html

This database is the result of a recent merger of three important protein databases.

 

GigaDB http://gigadb.org

Contains discoverable, trackable, and citable data that have been assigned DOIs and are available for public download and use.

 

ISRIC Soil Data http://www.isric.org/content/data

A wide range of soil datasets can be queried using ISRIC's metadata service. Materials developed by ISRIC are copyrighted yet freely available to the scientific community and other non-commercial groups (see the Data Policy)
